Email vouchers are free of charge and dispatched immediately after purchase or may be scheduled for a future date, up to 40 days in advance. This can be sent to either the purchaser or the recipient.

Posted voucher:

Gift vouchers ordered before 3:00pm, Monday to Friday, will be issued and dispatched on the same day. Gift vouchers ordered after 3:00pm, will be issued and dispatched on the following day.

If a gift voucher is ordered after 3:00pm on a Friday, it will be issued and dispatched on the following Monday.

If a gift voucher is ordered on a public holiday, it will be issued and dispatched on the following working day.

Postage:

Australia Post Express Postage - $10.00

Collect from Hotel:

All gift vouchers are available to collect from the hotel.

Vouchers will be available to collect from the Front Desk between:

7am – 10am

4pm – 10pm

Please ensure you collect your order within 3 months.

Please note some items may include an additional postage and handling fee depending on the item.
