Gift vouchers are dispatched by email.

eVoucher -

Email vouchers are free of charge and dispatched immediately after purchase or may be scheduled for a future date, up to 40 days in advance. This can be sent to either the purchaser or the recipient.

Posted voucher:

Gift vouchers ordered before 3:00pm, Monday to Friday, will be issued and dispatched on the same day. Gift vouchers ordered after 3:00pm, will be issued and dispatched on the following day.

If a gift voucher is ordered after 3:00pm on a Friday, it will be issued and dispatched on the following Monday.

If a gift voucher is ordered on a public holiday, it will be issued and dispatched on the following working day.

Next day delivery is not guaranteed.

Australia Post Express Postage - $19.65 (for up to 2 books)

Collect from Hotel (Gift Vouchers Only):

All vouchers are available to collect from the hotel’s gift store, Flavours of Langham.

Opening hours: Everyday 9am to 6.30pm

Please ensure you collect your order within 3 months.
