The Fine Print
Voucher features a unique reference ID code, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable or refundable. To redeem and book a class, voucher must be presented via email to holly.franks@langhamhotels.com. Voucher may only be used in a single transaction. Partial redemption is not permitted, and any remaining balance cannot be carried forward for future use. Voucher is only redeemable after 72 hours of purchase. Voucher must be presented upon arrival in order to redeem experience. No phone screenshots or photocopies of original voucher will be accepted.
