• The Langham, Gold Coast gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-discountable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The Voucher can only be used in one transaction, and any unused balance will not be refunded or credited.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be combined for one transaction and must be mentioned at the time of booking.
• All gift vouchers are subject to black-out dates and special events.
• Accommodation voucher reservations shall be made through the hotel reservation office directly; redemption is subject to room availability and black-out dates may apply.
• Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed within 72 hours from the time and date of purchase.
• Gift Voucher must be redeemed by the recipient indicated on the voucher and valid identification is required to establish identity upon use. 
• In case of disputes, The Langham, Gold Coast reserves the right to make the final decision.
